Our Private, All Inclusive Venue Includes the Following:

Set up/tear down of tables and chairs and clean up of venue.
All day access starting at 9:00am.
2 consultations with an event coordinator.
10 hours on-site supervision day of event.
Up to 6 pieces of staging, includes skirting and stairs.
Incredible in house sound system and customized lighting.
A professional AV technician.
Microphone access.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 will confirm the desired date, space and inventory for your use. Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event date. A state tax fee of 7.25% will be added to final total as well as a 15% house service fee. Rental rates reflect the use of our preferred caterers and we are one of the few Twin Cities venues that welcome any licensed caterer.

Entertainment

Emcee/Interactive Entertainment/DJ Service: $800 for 4 hours; $100 per hour for each additional hour [includes use of in house state-of-the-art sound & lighting systems]
Dance Instructor: $150 per hour per instructor
Dance Performances: price based on selected performance
Other: Bands, Musicans, Comedian, Celebrity speakers, etc. at market price

Notes

Additional needed time based on availability; costs to be quoted on request.
Re-set of tables and chairs for multiple functions, i.e ceremony to reception, additional fee.
Rates for smaller ballrooms utilized for less than 8 hours subject to special quotation.
